WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION...?

Sane: "I write about my life experiences and this is a big one. I love sex but there's more to it than that and we all know it

I wanted to write something that would resonate with both guys and girls, in a positive way, about the themes that go on between us
desire, attraction, seduction, wanting to be loved, sexual fantasies

The song is like a conversation between a guy and a girl, or 2 aspects of our personality - one that likes to get it on, and the other that wants to love and be loved"

THE VIDEO...

DJ Libre: "We knew we had a sexy track on our hands and wanted to make something outrageous that appealed to everyone. (Not your average RnB video where the guy is surrounded by loads of girls shaking their butts) This track celebrates sex, not the artist's ego

We included a homage to one of my all time favourite films American Beauty, and if you're quick you'll notice a homage to the 60's classic 'Blow Up'

A key feature we wanted was a lead girl to represent everything beautiful and sexy about women and we wanted a real woman, not a skinny as hell starving model. We held auditions and got a great response: dancers, models, glamour models, actresses it was amazing!

We had a model voted one of the best bums in Britain by LOADED magazine, an Ultimo & Wonderbra model, and a professional MTV dancer who just walked in and said 'this parts mine! I've even done the choreography already' WOW!

However Russian model & actress Alyona Kazarova got the part:
"As well as having a totally memorable face, she just naturally oozed sexuality. She didn't have to move, and when she did - ay ay ay! We knew we'd found the one for us, she just fit the part perfectly

We had the idea of her miming the middle part of the song in the video, to really help deliver the message and it really worked, so well that some people think she's on the original recording!

Alyona was so professional and dedicated she made time for extensive rehearsals and learnt the lyrics, our thanks aren't enough! She is now in the USA and pursuing her career as an actress, we're sure she'll be in demand!

A lot of people have commented on how the video looks almost 80's which we kinda like because it reminds you of Robert Palmers classic 'Addicted to Love' But really it's just because we went for that super bright clean look (and Sane does the full on guitar solo which shows we still have a sense of humour!)

I'm not saying any more, you'll have to watch the video!

COMING UP...

DJ Libre and Sane are collaborating on another track with more of a dance theme and Libre is remixing Sane's rock song 'No Bed of Roses'
(If you hadn't guessed already Sane provides the more gritty side of this musical partnership)

DJ Libre is also remixing tracks for Italian singer Luis and is working with Classical Russian pianist Igor Mukhortov
Sane is working on his video for the single 'No Bed of Roses' and completing more songs for his debut album
